Sometimes who you are, who you think you should be and who you need to be aren’t always in sync. Sometimes they are in constant conflict. Run from that conflict and you will always live an unsettled life.
On the other hand, if you take the time and do your work, really digging deep to uncover what’s at the root of your internal conflict, you’ll get to “why” of who you are. You’ll get to the “what” that drives who you think you should be. Most importantly you’ll discover the “how” that will propel you to who you need to be.
So go to war with yourself. Break yourself down. Then piece yourself back together to find your peace.
Happy Tuesday!
